CESSATION OF OPERATIONS LETTER

We regret to inform you that, due to difficult trading conditions, we have decided to cease operations of our company. After careful analysis of the financial situation, the board of directors have taken this decision. We understand this may cause disruption to your business operations and apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to thank you for your support and loyalty towards our company. We will take all necessary measures to ensure a smooth transition period and will be working closely with our suppliers and partners to endeavour to fulfil all outstanding orders. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Though we are ceasing operations, our site remains open for the spoil of clean building rubble/other spoil. Additionally, we may, on an exceptional basis and subject to the economic viability of each project, consider the supply of large bulk orders.

The companies last day of operation will be 31 March 2023.
